About Energii
Energii is one of the fastest growing reformer pilates chains in the Nordics. In Stockholm we run four studios at Lästmakargatan, Brunkebergstorg, Sigtunagatan and Markvardsgatan, with more on the way.
We do not have a big marketing department. We have people who know their city and make things happen in it.
The role
Out in the city. Get Energii out of the studios and into the places where our future members already are: run clubs, cafés, neighbourhood events and pop-ups. Find the right places to show up and make sure people notice us.
Community. Be present in the studios, know the members and build the kind of community people bring their friends into. Help keep everyday life running smoothly across our four studios.
Events and happenings. Plan, run and promote events in and around the studios, from openings to community mornings and collaborations with local partners and creators.
Social media. Own Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat. Shoot and edit short-form content on the spot, follow what works now, publish, read the numbers and drop what does not land. Social is a tool here, not the whole job.
The goal is simple: more people discovering Energii and becoming members.

The practical part
This is a three-month fixed-term employment of 18 hours a week, with the possibility of extension after evaluation.
The salary is approximately SEK 19,000 per month. The hours are flexible and you plan your own time.
You work from our Stockholm studios and out in the city, not behind a laptop, and report to the Country Manager Sweden.

Add a short presentation of your first three months: where you would show up in Stockholm, which creators and communities you would work with, what your first two events would be, and what you would want to be measured on. It does not have to be polished. It has to be yours.
