About Energii
Energii is one of the fastest growing reformer pilates chains in the Nordics. We run two studios in Oslo, with more opening, and we are entering new markets this year. In Oslo that means Middelthuns gate and Olav Vs gate.
We do not have a big marketing department, and we are not building one. We have one person per market who knows the city, makes things happen in it, and does not wait to be briefed.
The role
Local brands and partnerships. Find the brands worth working with in Oslo — cafés, run clubs, beauty and wellness names, retailers and offices — and make the first move. Build the collaboration, turn it into an event or campaign, and close the commercial side of it.
Local content. Shoot and edit in our studios, with our instructors and members. Create short-form content, fast, and to a standard we can also promote through paid advertising.
TikTok and social. Follow what is working right now, turn it into repeatable formats, publish, read the numbers and drop what does not land.
Events. Plan and run events in and around the studios, from launch parties to community mornings and partner collaborations. Own the idea, partner, coordination and resulting content.
Influencers and creators. Find the local creators worth working with, brief them and make sure what they produce is usable for us afterwards. Know the difference between reach and relevance.
Community. Be present in the studios, know the members by name and build the kind of local community people bring their friends into.
You know the Oslo scene: which creators, run clubs and neighbourhood communities actually move people, and which ones only look good on paper.

The practical part
This is a part-time role of 18 hours a week, with a fixed fee of NOK 24,000 per month.
The hours are flexible, and we expect you to manage your time. In some periods it will be more than 18 hours a week and in others less.
You work out of our Oslo studios, not behind a laptop.

Show us what you would do in your first three months: which brands, creators and communities you would pursue and why, what your first two events would be, and what you would want to be measured on. It does not have to be polished. It has to be yours.
